Focused on informing policy and development within Southern Africa, the short articles, policy briefs and reviews should be of theoretical and practical relevance on the following issues: law, health, politics and governance, economics, social, development, technology, and peace and security.

Submitted articles will go through a process of anonymous peer review.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
